License Agreement

Effective Date: August 14, 2025

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms under which you may use digital products purchased from Foxes & Bunnies (“we,” “us,” “our”) through https://foxesandbunnies.com. By purchasing, downloading, or using our files, you agree to the following terms.

1. Personal Use Only

All digital products are sold under a Personal Use Only license unless otherwise stated.

You MAY:

• Use the files for personal projects such as invitations, scrapbooking, and personal social media posts.
• Print the files for your own personal use.

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, distribute, or give away the files in any form, whether original or modified.
• Upload the files to print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Printify, Redbubble, Zazzle, Amazon Merch) for resale.
• Use the files for any commercial project that generates revenue.
• Claim the artwork as your own.

2. Extended Licenses

A separate Commercial or Extended License may be offered in the future for commercial use, resale, or print-on-demand purposes. Terms and pricing will be published on this page when available.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized commercial use, redistribution, or infringement of our intellectual property.
